PD03 is a high-speed InGaAs PIN photodetector module, suitable for optical transmission system and other photoelectric conversion. The photoelectric response bandwidth is ≥3GHz, data receiving rate is up to 2.5GB/s, rising edge time is 125ps, and response bandwidth covers the wavelength of 1020~1650nm.The RF signal output using SMA interface, easy to connect with RF test equipment.
